Step 1: Select Data Source
- Navigate to Sensitivity Analysis > Setup in the Workflow panel.
- Under Data Source, select your dataset from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Define Variables
- After selecting the data source, a list of variables will appear under Variable Selection.
- For each variable:
- Choose Input for variables to be considered as independent variables.
- Choose Output for the dependent variable (the result of interest).
- Choose Exclude to omit the variable from analysis.
- Note: All the SA methods available in this toolbox support univariate analysis only. Therefore, you are allowed to select only one variable as an output.
Step 3: Select Main Effect Method
- In the Main Effects panel (right side):
- Select a sensitivity analysis method.
- Optional: Click on Options next to each method for detailed configuration.
Step 4: (Optional) Bootstrapping
- Set the number of Bootstrap resamples.
- This is used for calculating confidence intervals of the sensitivity indices.
Step 5: (Optional) 2nd Order Interactions:
- Enable 2nd Order Effects Analysis if needed using HDMR.
Step 6: (Optional) Enable Checkerboard SA
